After you complete the form and submit, you will be given the option to pay by credit card or PayPal. Those of you who wish to pay by check or money order can print the registration form once complete and send it in along with your payment.

One of the objectives at the MAPS Meet is to immerse the participants in nature during the event.  In order to better achieve that, we do not allow cars in the camping areas.

Don't forget to order your 2010 MAPS MEET commemorative t-shirts!  All Proceeds from our t-shirt sales go directly to our scholarship fund to help provide financial aid to those who need it.

There is a limited number of platform tents available. These tents sleep four people. (There must be 3 or more people in your group to reserve a platform tent or cabin. These tents are first come first served)

Registration Payments must be received no later then 2 weeks after submitting this form. Once we receive your payment your registration will be complete and additional information about the event will be sent.

Terms and Conditions

Credit Card Payments:  To pay using a credit card you must first submit this completed form. Once you submit this form you will be directed to our "Goods and Services" page. If you are not redirected, please follow the Goods and Services link on our website to submit payment.  On the Goods and Services page you can pay for your MAPS Meet Registration and T-shirts through our PayPal account.

Release: I understand that I am personally responsible for my own safety and personal property while taking part in Ancestral Knowledge activities including, but not limited to, MAPS Meet, camps, and classes. I will not hold the sponsoring parties, Ancestral Knowledge, responsible for injuries, accidents, or property damage or loss that may happen during the gathering. I assume responsibility for risks associated with any activity that I, or any participants I am claiming guardianship for, choose to take part in. By submitting this release, I relinquish the sponsoring parties, all staff, volunteers and instructors from any claims or liability due to a personal injury, accident or property damage or loss while I, or the persons I am claiming guardianship for, are
attending the Ancestral Knowledge program. I acknowledge I am of the legal age of 18 years or older.

Terms: In order to be registered for MAPS Meet your payment and registration form must be received two weeks prior to program date. Please notify us immediately if you need to cancel. Any cancellations will be refunded minus a $25 processing fee per participant. No refunds will be given for cancellations after the registration deadline has passed.
