At one point in time we ALL lived a simple primitive lifestyle, each possessing Sacred skills of survival that were passed down from generation to generation. If it wasn't for these skills we probably wouldn't be alive today. Ancestral Knowledge believes that these ancient skills are too important to ever be forgotten and must be preserved, always remembering where we came from. Our Day, Weekend & Weeklong Skills Workshops are designed for those students who want to participate in an intense study of one of these skills.

We offer workshops for both adults and children on topics such as;

-Bow and arrow production

-Fire by friction

-Primitive basketry

-Fiber technology

-Primitive pottery

-Animal tracking and identification

-Hide tanning

-Wild edibles and useful plants

-Stone tool production

-wilderness and emergency survival courses.

Our courses are unique, informative, and hands-on. We schedule these classes throughout the year so check our CALENDAR for the workshop you're most interested in.
